Welcome to our new school blog!
Welcome to Joshua Eaton Jottings, the offical blog of our school. This is a new way for us to communicate with families and to solicit feedback on topics and happenings at our school. It is not meant to replace our weekly communication through the Jaguar Tracks but to allow for more of a conversational approach to what's happening.
Today's topic is our upcoming site visit as part of the Blue Ribbon National Institute to be held in Reading next week. We are proud to showcase the exciting learning and are eager to share best practices that our teachers use. There will also be an opportunity for our visitors to see our technology in action from SMARTBoards to the COW to our newest, Voice Thread. Our teachers have dedicated much time and collaboration to moving forward with our technology integration. We are sure that our guests will leave with many new ideas! Our district is a true leader in this area and with the advancement of 21st century skills.
Please feel free to comment on our technology and how it has impacted your child's learning.
